Filter Return Policy - National Filters

If you were sent a filter entirely due to our error, then a 100 % refund of the filter cost will be granted.  However, a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number MUST BE GIVEN by National Filters.

After the RGA number is given, click on the above link, fill-in the information, and send to sales@nationalfilters.com.

If the order is entered in error by the customer, there with be a 20 % re-stocking fee.
